Objections have been raised by the Deputy Director of Education, Shri Mahesh Chothe, in his communication dated 21.10.2024. In the affidavit in reply dated 25.3.2025, which is tendered before issuance of notice, it is stated that in the event the Management resubmits the proposal after removing all deficiencies, in the light of the impugned communication, the said authority would deal with the proposal and decide it.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Let the Talwalkar
