The present writ petition takes exception to order dated 01.12.2018 passed by Civil Judge Senior Division, Beed in Hindu Marriage Petition No.249/2014, whereby petitioner was directed to remain present alongwith her son at Directorate of Forensic Science Laboratory, Maharashtra State, Mumbai Kalina to give blood and necessary samples.

In light of law laid down by Supreme Court of India in caseS of Ivan Rathinam Vs. Milan Joseph1, R. Rajendran Vs. Kamar Nisha and Others2 and Banarsi Dass Vs. Teeku Dutta (Mrs) and Another3, issue notice to respondent, returnable on 09.02.2026. The point of delay and laches is specifically kept open. 3.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to file application before Trial Court seeking adjournment of proceeding in suit beyond date AIR 2025 SC 1004.
