By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No.2-State to decide the proposal for relaxation of criteria experience for the Civil Engineering posts and thereafter direct Respondent No.1 to allow the Petitioner to participate in the recruitment process with respect to the advertisement No.01/2025 dated 29 October 2025 issued by Respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1-Nashik Municipal Corporation on instructions received on WhatsApp states that the written examination pursuant to the advertisement and towards the recruitment process has already been concluded on 25 February 2026. The statement is accepted. Shubham 1/2

Mr. Kakade, learned AGP for Respondent No.1-State states that Respondent No.1-State will nevertheless consider the proposal of the Petitioner for relaxation of criteria experience for Civil Engineering post within a period of 8 weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 4.
