Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that, the respondent - plaintiff has filed a pursis before the trial court seeking leave to withdraw the Special Civil Suit No.669 of 2013. However, in view of the ad-interim order passed by this Court on 17th February, 2024, the trial court could not pass the order on the said pursis. The petitioners - defendants have given no-objection for withdrawal of the suit. A copy of the pursis is tendered for the perusal of the Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, ad-interim relief granted by order dated 17th February, 2025 stands vacated. 1/2

The trial court may pass an appropriate order on the pursis for withdrawal of the suit on the scheduled date i.e. 29th November, 2025.

List the petition on 2nd December, 2025, under the caption, "for withdrawal".
