Mr. Barde, learned Advocate appearing for applicant has filed Civil Application No.3291/2026 alongwith documents. He has placed on record Government Resolution dated 24.02.2023, which deals with appointment of legal representatives of Safai Kamgar under establishment of Municipal Council as per Lad Committee recommendations. He submits that in case of appointment of legal representatives of Safai Kamgar, restrictions of Finance Department would not be applicable and claims of such appointment are required to be decided within period of 30 days.

In light of aforesaid submissions, petitioner shall place on record list of proposals and applications pending for consideration in terms of Lad Committee recommendations in respect of legal representatives of Safai Kamgar alongwith seniority of such claims.
