By this Writ Petition the petitioner is seeking direction that the Tribe claim of the petitioner belonging to 'Tokre Koli', Scheduled Tribe be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student and he is desirous of prosecuting the higher studies. Considering the same, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from today. 4.
