The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that prayer clause (a) has been erroneously set out. She prays in terms of prayer clause (b) thereby seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposal dated 5th May, 2024 submitted by the Management.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law, on its own merits, within a period of 60 days from today.

If any deficiencies/objections are noticed, the same shall be communicated to the Management within 15 days. The Management would remove the deficiencies/objections within further 15 days. Respondent No.2 would pass a reasoned order. In the event, the proposal is rejected, the Petitioner would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
