Heard learned Advocate for petitioners. He has produced copy of scheme i.e. Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) on record. The main grievance of petitioners is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not accepting the registration of petitioners for the said scheme for their respective crop insurance.

The petition can be disposed of with directions to petitioners to approach to Common Service Centre (Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra) at

914_WP_460_2026 Ranjangaon (Dandga) or at Paithan or near place and fill the form online, which is mandatory under the scheme.

We direct respondent No.3 to help petitioners to fill the form and not to reject the same at the threshold. Further scrutiny of form of petitioners to take as per the scheme.

Learned AGP to give instructions to respondent No.3 regarding this order.
