Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the subject matter of the suit which has been instituted in the year 2021, the hearing of the suit be expedited.

Since the right of way is agitated in the suit, the learned Civil Judge seized with Regular Civil Suit No.244 of 2021 is requested to settle the issues in the suit and hear and decide the said suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of settlement of the issues.
