Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the proposal dated 26.04.2025 for grant of approval to the appointment order of petitioners as Junior Clerk within a stipulated period.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Since the matter is pending before respondent No.2, upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of six weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal within a period of six weeks.
