Learned Advocate Mr. Adwait Joshi, appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, submitted in the morning that he had been instructed by the Advocate on record, namely Mr. Dhananjay A. Mane, to seek accommodation. However, Mr. Joshi was unable to provide any reason for seeking such accommodation. Therefore, we asked him to obtain instructions regarding the reason for the request. 2.

In the second session, the learned Advocate Mr. Joshi holding for Mr. Mane submitted that he himself would work out the matter. Accordingly, we are adjourning the matter so as to give him an opportunity to do so.
