Mr. Singh, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to not press the Petition.

The learned Counsel, however, submits that the Suit has been ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL instituted in the year 2007 and a statement made by the Petitioner is ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.01.14 09:36:04 +0530 operating to the prejudice of the Petitioner as there has been no progress in the Suit. The learned Counsel thus prays for a direction for expeditious hearing of the Suit.

The Petition stands disposed as not pressed.

Since the Suit has been instituted in the year 2007, the Court considers it expedient in the interest of justice to request the learned Judge seized with the Special Civil Suit No. 805 of 2007, to hear and decide the Suit as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order. 6.

Petition disposed.
