Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

Let the applicants carry out the amendment in terms of order dated 10th January, 2025 and furnish spare copies of the application for service of notice on the respondents within a weeks time.

If the amendment is not carried out and spare copies are not furnished, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If the amendment is carried out and spare copies are supplied, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 21st March, 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the applicants are at liberty to serve the respondents by private service and file affidavit of service.
