1) The impugned order dated 28 October 2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar merely permits impleadment of Respondent No.7 as a party Respondent to the Revision. It appears that re-audit has been directed in pursuance of the complaint preferred by Respondent No.7. In that view of the matter, Respondent No.7 would be a necessary party to the Revision preferred by the Petitioners. Mere fact that he has now ceased to be a Member of the Co-operative Society may not be a relevant factor so far as the issue of audit of the accounts of the Society for the past period is concerned.
