Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Mr. Inamdar, learned Advocate for Respondent No.3. 3.

Considering that parties inter se have already filed civil Suit which is pending in Civil Court since 2014 namely Civil Suit No.469 of 2014, the inter se lis between the parties seeking entitlement on the basis of Revenue Entry cannot be permitted by the Court by expressing any prima facie opinion by giving its opinion on merits. 4.

Needless to state that all orders passed by quasi-judicial Authorities shall be held in abeyance until the Suit is decided. Considering that Suit is pending for more than decade, learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik is directed to determine pending

P4.WPST.20609.2025.doc Suit proceedings namely Civil Suit No.469 of 2014 between the parties as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from today positively.

The final order in the Suit shall govern the entitlement of parties as also the orders passed by statutory Authority in the RTS proceedings. All orders to be held in abeyance. 6.
