The challenge in this writ petition arises out of an order passed by the appellate authority in exercise of power under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioners have remedy of filing revision application before the revisional authority under Section 154 of the said Act.

Hence, keeping all questions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition open to be agitated before the revisional authority,

3.

The time spent in prosecuting present writ petition shall be excluded while considering limitation under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
