The petitioner's request for transfer on the ground of couple convenience is turned down stating that there are 87 surplus teachers in Zilla Parishad, Beed.

It is the case of the petitioner that she requested her transfer on the ground of couple convenience as well as the fact that her mother-in-law is suffering from Cancer and she requires frequent treatment at Beed.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner by taking into consideration Government Resolution dated 23.05.2023 and the ground of couple convenience as well as the fact that mother-in-law of the petitioner is suffering from Cancer. The request of the petitioner shall be considered within four weeks from today. With the said direction, the petition is disposed of. 5.
