Present petition has been filed to give directions to respondent No.2 to decide the proposals of the petitioners submitted by respondent No.3/Management for grant of approval to their appointment orders with effect from their respective date of joining within a period of four weeks. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2/State and upon instructions from respondent No.2 makes a statement that respondent No.2 would decide the proposals of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today.
