By this petition, the petitioners seek directions to the respondents to acquire land Gut Nos.476/1/A, 476/1/B, 476/2 and 476/4 of village Sohale, Taluka Mohol, District Solapur to the extent of 4 Hectare 02 R belonging to the petitioners and to make payment of compensation along with the interest. 2.

During pendency of present petition, award is declared on 22/12/2025 and the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition Coordination Branch, Solapur is requested to submit the proposal for sanction of compensation amount of Rs.2,46,34,059/- for payment of compensation to the petitioners.

The said proposal be submitted and decided as early as SVH
