The present petition has been filed for directing Respondent No. 3 to decide the Application filed by the Petitioner on 11th August, 2025.

The learned AGP, upon instructions from Respondent No. 4 - Jt. Charity Commissioner, makes a statement that the said Application would be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks. 3.

We take the statement made by the learned AGP as an undertaking. The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 4 to submit all the papers to Respondent No. 3 within a period of one (1) week, and thereafter Respondent No. 3 shall decide the Application filed by the Petitioner on 11th August, 2025, within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter.
