Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.
The present petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Latur, to forward the proposal vide letter Ref. No. SHMU/2024-25/11 dated 23.04.2025 to the office of Respondent No.3, and upon receipt thereof, to direct Respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal within a stipulated period. 3.
Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondents No.1 to 3 and, upon instructions from Respondents No.2 and 3, makes a statement that the said proposal would be forwarded to Respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today and that, upon receipt thereof, Respondent No.3 would decide the said proposal within a period of four weeks. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, to forward the proposal dated 23.04.2025 to Respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today. We further direct Respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of its receipt from Respondent No.2.
