Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of Rule 63 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, the petition against the Registrar of the Benches would lie before the President of the Principal Bench and, therefore, he would withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Principal Bench of National Company Law Tribunal.
