CORAM : ALOK ARADHE, CJ & BHARATI DANGRE, J DATED : 4th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C:- In this Writ Petition, the petitioner inter alia has challenged the impugned notice dated 19/12/2024 inviting bid on the ground that the same take away the Preferential Right of the petitioner and all other being Project Affected Persons to get the tender.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 on instructions, submits that the impugned notice dated 19/12/2024 has been withdrawn. It is further submitted that the Mumbai Agricultural Tilak

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
