Respective counsel waive service on behalf of the respondents. 2] Our attention is invited to the communication dated 08/01/2025 issued by the Homeopathy Education Board wherein it is stated that the cut off date for admissions at the Homeopathic - Undergraduate Course is till today. Prima facie, considering the observations found in the impugned order dated 27/12/2024 passed by the respondent no.1, we do not find any case made out to grant any ad-interim relief. Subject to hearing all parties, appropriate directions can always be issued while deciding the writ petition.
