Present petition has been filed for following reliefs :- "A) By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, the respondent No.2 and 3 be directed to forthwith credit the amount towards the unpaid salary and allowances of the petitioner as prayed along with accrued interest thereon from the date of receipt of proposal to the office of respondent No.2 and 3; and for that purpose issue necessary directions.

B) By appropriate writ or orders in the like nature the respondents be directed to pay the interest and penal interest @ 18% p.a. on the amount of unpaid salary and allowances of the petitioner with further directions to pay [1]

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent Nos.2 and 3 makes a statement that they have received the bills online and the amount would be disbursed by the end of March 2026.

Here, it is to be noted that the bills were submitted in the month of November 2024. There was no necessity for respondent Nos.2 and 3 to withhold the same and, therefore, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to disburse the said amount before 13.02.2026.
