Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

These interim applications are preferred seeking leave to amend the petitions so as to incorporate the consequential prayers of quashing and setting aside the order dated 30th September 2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the prayer of amendment.

4.

Since the proposed amendment is essentially consequential to the original prayers in the petitions, there is no element of irretrievable prejudice to the respondents. Therefore, the applications stand allowed.

5.

Necessary amendment in accordance with schedule of amendment be carried out within a period of one week and amended copy of the petition be served on the respondents within a period of one week thereafter.

6.

Re-verification dispensed with.

7.

Interim Applications stand disposed.

8.

Both the petitions be listed for hearing and final disposal at the stage of admission on 8th September 2025 at 3:00p.m.

9.

Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, shall continue to operate till the next date.
