The challenge in this writ petition is to the order passed by the Registrar under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has statutory remedy by way of revision application under Section 154 of the MCS Act.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the instant writ petition open to be agitated in the revision application, the writ petition stands disposed of.

3.

The period spent in prosecuting the present writ petition shall be excluded as bona fide period under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
