In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the pre-qualification conditions contained in the tender notice issued by the Nashik Municipal Corporation on the ground that the same are unconstitutional and illegal. 2.

An application viz. Interim Application No. 1311 of 2025 has been filed seeking vacation of interim order dated 17.01.2025, by which the Corporation has been restrained from opening the bids submitted by the Petitioner.
