Present petition has been filed for directions to the respondent to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, within stipulated period.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent/State and upon instructions from respondent makes a statement that the respondent would decide the said revision petition within a period of four months from today.
