Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel for the Respondent.

By the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is challenging the legality and validity of the Order dated 14th January 2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai below Exhibit - 6 in Petition No. D - 150 of 2024. The said Application bearing Exhibit - 6 has been filed by the Respondent - Husband for temporary custody of two minor children for a period of 5 days from 16th January 2025 to 20th January 2025 as the Respondent's brother is getting married on 17th January 2025 and there is a Marriage Reception Ceremony on 19th January 2025. The Marriage Ceremony is at Delhi. 3.

After hearing the matter for some time, both the learned Counsel submitted that there is a possibility of amicable settlement and therefore the

903-WP-720-2025.doc matter is kept back in the afternoon session. 4.

In the afternoon session both the learned Counsel tenders 'Consent Terms'. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner - Erum Parvez Khan and the Respondent - Parvez Alam Khan. Both, the Petitioner and the Respondent are personally present in Court and state that the dispute between them is resolved in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are also signed by the respective Advocates of the Petitioner and the Respondent. Both the learned Advocate identify the signatures of their respective client. Accordingly, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Various statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 6.
