In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 18th November 2024 passed by the Trial Court, by which, application filed by the petitioner seeking permission to lead additional evidence, stands rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of the impugned order dated 18th November 2024, the suit itself has been disposed of. Therefore, the challenge to the impugned order in this petition has been rendered academic. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order by which the suit is disposed of, if so advised.
