By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the

(2) 940- W.P. 730-2026 I.odt tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe, which is pending before respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 30.10.2025, be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous to prosecute his higher studies, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today.
