The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent to hear and decide the Arbitration Application No.582 of 2023 within a stipulated period.

The Rojnama has been produced. It appears that the matter was finally heard on 15.10.2025 and is reserved for orders. In such circumstances, there is nothing to preclude directing that the matter be decided within a period of three months.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the Arbitration Application No.582 of 2023 within a period of three months.
