Mr. Naik, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition in view of letter dated 14 January 2025 of Assistant Director (Marketing) conveying that the stay application would be decided on 20 January 2025. The Assistant Director (Marketing) shall make an endeavor to hear and decide the stay application at 10.30 a.m. instead of 3.00 p.m. in the event, all the parties remain present before him at 10.30 a.m. If for some reason either of the parties do not remain present for hearing at 10.30 a.m., the Appellate Authority in any case shall decide the application for stay on 20 January 2025 at 3.00 p.m. The Petition is withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
