It appears that the impugned order has been passed under provisions of section 81(3)(c) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 merely appointing auditor for conducting test audit of the Petitioner-Society. The order is not passed in quasi judicial capacity and the order appears to be mere administrative order appointing auditor for conducting test audit. The Petition therefore would not lie before Single Judge of this Court. Removed from Board.
