Heard learned Advocate for petitioner. Learned Advocate for petitioner submits that the heirship certificate has been issued in favour of one Mikhabai Khare, Pranit Khare, Pranjali Khare and Shivani Khare. It is the grievance of petitioners that the petitioner No.1s' name is not shown in the said heirship certificate in spite of the fact that petitioner No.1 is a legally wedded wife of deceased and petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are the children born from said wedlock. The heirship certificate has not been challenged till date and he submits that he has advised the petitioners to take appropriate course

919_WP_790_2026 to challenge the said heirship certificate issued by the Court of Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Nawapur, Tq. Nawapur, Dist. Nandurbar. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of petition with liberty to prefer appropriate application challenging the said heirship. The permission to withdraw the petition with aforesaid liberty is granted. The writ petition stands disposed of.
