In all these matters, the Petitioners are mainly praying for payment of interest as per Section 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, and the Government Resolution dated 12.05.2015, in respect of their agricultural lands that have been acquired.

The learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that, in fact, the Petitioners have made the representations to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 on 08.09.2025. He states that, he has instructions from Respondent No. 3 that the said representations would be decided within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. 3.
We take the statement made by the learned AGP as an undertaking and dispose of all the Petitions with a direction to Respondent No. 3 to decide the representations made by the Petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks, taking into consideration the provisions of law and the Government Resolution dated 12.05.2015, and upon their own merits, from today.
