The Petitioner has already preferred Regular Civil Suit No. 248 of 2024, for the purpose of seeking a direction from the District Court for removal of a wall erected by the Defendant locking her common access/easementary right of the Petitioner. 2.

Considering that the dispute pertains to two sets of private individuals over private lands, we do not find any reason to entertain this Petition. Since a Suit is already pending, all contentions of the parties are kept open.

In view of above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

All the contentions of all the parties in the pending Suit are kept open.
