ORDER :

Writ Petition No.11503/2022 seeks directions to the respondents to grant benefit of debt/loan waiver scheme, namely, "Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojna, 2017" immediately.

The petitioners in Writ Petition No.829/2025 are the members of the petitioner society in Writ Petition No.11503/2022.

During the pendency of these petitions, State has issued Government Resolution dated 31st March, 2026, thereby including the names of the petitioners for loan waivers scheme. 4.

In view of issuance of the said resolution, the grievance of the petitioners is redressed.

In view of the fact that the recovery proceedings are initiated by the Bank against the members of the petitioners i.e. petitioners in Writ Petition No.829/2025, we except that the benefit of the said scheme shall be extended to the eligible the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Both petitions are accordingly disposed of.
