Learned advocate for respondent No.2 has pointed out that the appeal against the order impugned in the present writ petition has already been filed by the petitioner which is pending. He placed on record copy of notice issued by the grievance committee dated 31 January 2025. The notice is taken on record. He has also stated that the Appeal No.4 of 2025 was placed on the board of appellate authority on 25 April 2025. Since the impugned order is subject matter of statutory appeal, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertainable. However, contentions of the petitioners are kept open to be agitated in appeal.
