The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3-Education Officers to forward the proposal dated 05.02.2024 for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth ID to respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education and the consequential reliefs. 2.
Learned AGP produces on record the photocopy of order dated 21.01.2026, which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. Copy of the same is given to the learned advocate for the petitioner. 3.
Perusal of the order dated 21.01.2026 (Exhibit 'X'), shows that respondent No.3 has forwarded her opinion to respondent No.2, and respondent No.2 is yet to take the decision, and therefore, we direct respondent No.2 to take the decision on the proposal dated 05.02.2024

We also direct respondent No. 2 to call for the papers or explanation, if needed, i.e., by giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondents No. 5 and 6. If the decision is in favour of the petitioner, then respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to take further steps for release of the salary of the petitioner within four
(4) weeks from the date of the decision of respondent No. 2. 4.
We also make it clear that, if the decision taken by respondent No. 2 goes against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate authority. 5.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
