Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The question as to whether the respondent-Society was entitled to appropriate the amount, which has been received from the petitioner towards the earlier certificates of recovery issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, in the face of the receipts issued by the Society and the amount of Rs. 22,62,662/- released by this Court towards the recovery certificates on pro rata basis, arises for consideration.

Let the respondent no. 2 - Society file an affidavit justifying appropriation of the payments.
