The issue involved in this writ petition needs adjudication involving facts and law. Hence, in my opinion, proper remedy for the petitioner will be to challenge the certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 by invoking revisional jurisdiction.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated in the revision application, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
