Since the petitioner is desirous of securing admission to a post degree course in Medicine, and we are informed that the round three of the counselling for filling up the said post is ongoing and it is upon the rejection of the claim of the petitioner as belonging to Halba, Scheduled Tribe, vide the impugned order, she is being kept away from a seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe, we deem it appropriate to place the petition for hearing on 24/01/2025, on Supplementary Board. We expect the learned AGP, to be armed with necessary instructions and also have the record with him so that the necessary documents perused by the Committee can be looked into.
