Prima facie, on perusal of the birth certificate at page 83 referred in the order of the Collector, it appears that the said certificate is in respect of brother-in-law of the petitioner and refers the name of his wife and not the name of the petitioner. It appears that except this document, no material was produced before the authorities below to conclude that the petitioner has given birth to third child after the due date. 3.

Hence, until further orders there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (e).
