By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Caste Scrutiny Committee, to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, which has been pending since 30/09/2013, expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner has been pending since the year 2013, we direct Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Caste Scrutiny Committee, to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from today.
