By consent of the parties, order of School Tribunal is modified as under:

The Management has agreed to reinstate the respondent No.4 in her position as on the date of termination. 3.

The parties agreed that 50% of back wages as directed by the School Tribunal shall be paid to respondent No.4 within four weeks from today.
