The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the proceedings filed by it for grant of necessary assistance in executing the order passed, under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, by the Additional District Magistrate, Palghar in Securitization Application No.78 of 2022 on 29th March 2022. Attention is invited to the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.15285 of 2022 (L & T Finance Ltd. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors.), along with connected writ petitions, dated 17th April 2023. Reference has been made to the guidelines issued on 10th April 2023 in the matter of execution of orders passed under Section 14 of the Act of 2002. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that insofar as District Palghar is concerned, these directions have not been complied with.
