The Petitioner claims to be working with the Solapur Municipal Corporation from 2014. An experience letter dated 13.9.2024 is placed on record indicating that he was working from 1.4.2012 to 30.4.2014, on temporary basis.

There is one communication dated 30.4.2014, addressed by the Assistant Commissioner to the Engineer, Public Health Department of the Municipal Corporation stating therein that the Petitioner, along with 10 others, has been working on a temporary basis through Sonu Services, Solapur, at VA Tech WABAG Ltd. A letter by the Petitioner dated 30.11.2025 addressed to the Commissioner of Solapur Municipal Corporation makes a mention that the Petitioner is not getting work and he prays that he should be given work on honorarium basis. One more similar letter is forwarded on 31.5.2016, by some of the officers of the Corporation, recommending allotment of work. Another communication from the officers of the Corporation dated 19.7.2016, indicates that the Petitioner was given work between 1.4.2015 to 30.4.2016 for a period of 338 days and he should be paid his honorarium.
