The learned AGP draws our attention to the affidavit in reply filed by Shri Ajay Panditrao Patil, Deputy Education Officer (Secondary), Kolhapur Zilla Parishad, dated 27th February, 2025. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner makes a grievance that a decision cannot be communicated through an affidavit in reply and neither can it be kept pending. The Authority concerned has to pass a reasoned order in order to enable the Petitioner to realise the fate of his pending proposal. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the concerned Officer would pass a reasoned order within 30 days form today. Talwalkar

By recording the above statement, this Petition is disposed off.

If the order is adverse to the Petitioner, needless to state, the Petitioner can avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 5.
